Console view?

In Mac OS X I can open a .log file in the console and it will automatically update and scroll so that I can see what is going on.

i.e. as a line is added it appears in the console and scrolls the window so I can see it.

Is there anything like this available for Windows?

I've gone with this.

Simple interface.
Easy to read.
Good highlighting.
Lots of uses (not just file listening but SQL, UDP, FTP, etc...)
