SQL Problems?

Just tried posting in the News forum and got the following after hitting the Submit button …


	Code: General Error SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ] Incorrect string value: '\xC4\x93 sma...' for column 'post_text' at row 1 [1366] An SQL error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact the Board Administrator if this problem persists.

I'm not a PHPBB or database expert, but I suspect either a bug, or something to do with too may requests at once...
