David Cameron dubbed shadow chancellor Ed Balls "the most annoying person in modern politics" during noisy Commons exchanges.

My nomination for most annoying is Michael Gove, by a country mile.

A bit rich coming from Cameron, doesn't he realise how many people want to kick his face in?

Aside from him my vote is for Eric Pickles. I wish he'd eat his own face off.

There's so many to choose from....

Maybe if Eric Pickles can first eat the Cabinet and then eat his own face off that would be a solution.

Actually the Tories are in a league of their own. Clegg is a contender as well.

I'll stick with my standard "he has a face I wouldn't get sick of hitting".

Yep, truly annoying on many levels.

I don't expect MPs to be on the breadline, but I find it difficult to accept when a millionaire is telling me "we need to tighten our belts". W@nker.

Yes if they really are sharing in the pain why not cap their housing allowance to the housing benefit level for London? They could spend months looking for somewhere close to the House of Commons so that they do not do any damage to the economy.

Since my brain wanted to read that as 'Ed Milliband', that's who I'm going to go with as most annoying. His brother coulda been a contender n'all

Harman, actually, I'd forgotten about her

Does Blears make awful attempts at sideways sexism (eeewww  ) and have an air of completely unjustified righteousness though?

Hazel Blears trumps all Labour MP's easily. What is not annoying about her?

I really wish I could find an example of Osborne speaking in his naturally high-pitched voice. However, until such time as I can, this will have to suffice as evidence of how he is perceived abroad.

Quote:
Later, in a private meeting, a Cameron insider told poloffs that the decision had been taken that it should be Cameron who delivered the speech rather than shadow chancellor George Osborne as private party polling indicated that the public feel Osborne lacks the necessary "gravitas." Somewhat unfairly, party officials thought, polling indicated that Osborne was seen as lightweight and inexperienced, in part due to his high-pitched vocal delivery.
