So FF13 had at least twice the space available (assuming 50gb vs 21gb (3x7gb discs)) yet the ps3 version was only 720p...

I think more work needs to be done on making them more space efficient, I can't see DVD running out of space that soon, especially with them looking at new styles of putting data on a disc to increase storage higher

If it does become a problem, perhaps they could have some content available for free download, perhaps even sliently.

In a single player campaign for example, the pre-rendered scenes between levels could be downloading in the background whilst the gamer is playing through the level.

Well Forza 3 comes with an install disc, not used for anything really in the game that you can't get on the first disc, just extra goodness, so you only install that game and don't need to install the 2nd disc

That said, there hasn't been a game that has completely pushed any current gen console to it's limits yet, no, not even Crysis 2 :lol:
