Dude come on - lets not pretend that there aren't armies of paparazzi quite literally lying in the gutter trying to get those shots - even the most self-respecting prude would struggle to exit a vehicle without some degree of exposure. As for the thrusting of one's groin when 17 wearing hotpants? That's not "and asking for it" - it's doing something perfectly legal at a perfectly legal age of consent.
