Morning all,

Another lovely start to the day. I refuse to be brought down by the jerkoff driver of the roadsweeper trundling along at 15mph for 5 miles, ignoring every layby and parking area.

Anyhoo, have to prepare for interviewing this afternoon, gotta find a suitable replacement for one of my staff, on very short notice.

Have a good one.

Greetings.

Spent much of yesterday hunting high and low for a pair of software CDs for my old camera. This is frustrating on several levels:

1. I don't throw this stuff away, as evidenced by the ancient software CDs I've checked through that go back at least 15 years.
2. I have the box and all the packing materials, so why not the CDs?
3. You can't download the software from the interwebz without first having installed it from the CD.

I've almost run out of places to look now. A couple more remote possibilities, and then I'm relying on potential duplicates from someone who has the same camera.

So, a nicely sunny but ultimately frustrating day ahead.

I haven't actually checked yet, but have you posted somewhere else with the camera details? Maybe someone here has a copy they could send you?

Morning all,

Here we go again... ;)

Have a great day everyone.

:)

Lo peeps

Another day of aircraft pictography ahead.

Speaking of heads - have packed the sun tan lotion today as there's a definite tenderness on the old bonce after yesterday......

I have two of everything if it's generic stuff you're after?

Morning all.

Ended up going home part way through the day yesterday feeling quite unwell. Still feeling pretty ropey today but hoping that regular doses of paracetamol and ibuprofen will keep me going. Unpaid sick is a bummer and no mistake.

Thank you one and all for the congratulations as well. There's a very exciting picture from the scan that I'll try and upload later.

Morning all,

Yesterday I found myself working all day while others sat in the office. I'm expecting much the same today...

Morning.

Lovely day again.

I'm stuck into a good book about my camera, which means I may at last learn what the other 47 buttons do.

The weekly shop is planned later, and we're scooting around to collect prescriptions and all manner of other bits while we're out. The rest of the day will be devoted to that book, and randomly pointing the camera at stuff to try things out.

Onwards and sideways.

Morning all,

It's Friday, it's sunny, it's my last day - I now have a week off, followed by a four day week, followed by a three day week. 8-)

It's fair to say, things could be worse. :D

Have a great day.

Ordered a new knife yesterday (kitchen related). It's a 13cm Tojiro Senkou utility knife. I'm ridiculously excited!

Morning all,

Up early(ish), the sun is shining! We're out to a gallery later to show some of Faye's work, then off to the station to collect some wood for Faye's wood turning ventures, then off to a BBQ :D
Should be an ace day :D
