I think I read about this earlier on. Did you not post something about this? Can't be arsed to trawl through the entire thread, but I'm sure it's been mentioned before.

Just read this There was speculation IIRC, but no confirmation as such. ION, I'm gonna pre-order Arkham City from here since I can't imagine I'll be able to get it any cheaper on launch date: http://www.gameseek.co.uk/productdetail/PS3mxusppry3m6/I'll post here if I see it cheaper

I won't bother with pre-order either. I do wonder whether they'll do a limited edition thing like the last one.
I bought the Collectors Edition with the Batarang (which turned out to be made from wood or plastic with a poor paint finish; most gamers were hoping for a metal one). In any rate, the whole box has been in storage ever since.

Yeah, it's downright nasty considering they were charging £50+ for it IIRC, though I got a second-hand set about a year later for £15 (wanted it for my work desk)

I really want to make a metal version (though without razor sharp edges). I may do so someday.

I remember you could buy the little gold coloured ones from the recent films at a hefty premium

Character reveal pichttp://tinyurl.com/3s9at8vAnd if you're reading the article, be sure to check out the comments, I love what they're doing with the character (there's also other pics of said character online if you're interested)

I was happy until I saw the "new monocle". That peed me off - nowt wrong with a traditional one.
Looks pretty impressive though.

I still think I preferred the old "refined" Joker (meredith), though I loved Burton's Penguin too.

I don't think I've ever seen a bad characterisation of him, but I've always wanted to see a Cockney version since it was mooted as a potential for TDK

Apparently you get to play as Catwoman in some segments of the game. + Trailer Tie-In: http://www.gametrailers.com/video/e3-20 ... ham/714503TBH, whilst my initial reaction when i heard about it was rather negative (i.e. it's a Batman game, i want to be Batman). After watching the trailer i'm rather impressed... she's not just a simple re-hash of Batman and has her own set of Acrobatic combat moves in stark contrast to Batman's efficient, minimal takedowns. IMO she might be a little bit over-sexualised (especially the part where she kisses a thug before throwing him), but i can see that being part of her "playful" nature and not all "grim, dark" like Batman is.
