If you don't want it, I'll give it a home. ;)

(Only semi-joking.)

Bladder the size of a squrriels and shrinking...

David - it's probably not worth leaving feedback as he will undoubtedly find something to discredit you with. Just leave it and chalk it up to experience.

Did you go through the proper process for reporting a non paying bidder? I suspect not given the timeframe

What will you do if he pays? He will have paid in the time period specified by ebay and held up his end of the contract

Bad sellers are as bad as bad buyers (lots of bad in that sentence!)

You should follow the procedure. Give them time to pay, if they dont then report a NPB with eBay. Then once that process is finished you will get any fees returned and eBay will put a strike on their record.

I hate to say it (and I know it's annoying if they dont get in touch promptly) but if after a few days they pay and you no longer have the item then you're the one at fault.

well they shoudnt go off and buy other lenses, pay for the other lens (also in ebay) and ignore my messages!

also I mucked about with some buttons and got this message:

Quote:
This unpaid item case is now open
Come back and close this case on or after 22 Apr, 2011 or once you receive payment. You must close this case no later than 19 May, 2011 to receive a final value fee credit for the item.

It's a little over the odds, but there we have it - I told you film's more popular than you'd think. ;)
