just realised it was the coffee flask that is disguised as a lens  someone on here ages ago posted a link where to buy and only just realised as I opened the box fail completly forgot I even ordered this "lens" _________________

Did you go through the proper process for reporting a non paying bidder? I suspect not given the timeframe What will you do if he pays? nah, I doubt he will pay so ill just leave it at that, if someone else buys the lens then Ill just er dunno  got 5 watchers on the lens so.. _________________

Bad sellers are as bad as bad buyers (lots of bad in that sentence!)
You should follow the procedure. Give them time to pay, if they dont then report a NPB with eBay. Then once that process is finished you will get any fees returned and eBay will put a strike on their record.
I hate to say it (and I know it's annoying if they dont get in touch promptly) but if after a few days they pay and you no longer have the item then you're the one at fault.
