Morning World, Great lazy weekend, got the house confirmed (we move in on the 28th April *eek*) and then did nothing but a few chores for the rest of the weekend  ) I am in 4 days this week then off for 11, same deal as davrosG5 and I can't wait. Today is the official opening of the new Speedo building and we have HRH The Princess Royal coming to open us which will make this a VERY long day, the last VIPs may not leave until 18:00  Hope you all have a stunner  _________________The Official "Saucy Minx"  This above all: To Thine Own Self Be True "Red sky at night, Shepherds Delight"..Which is a bit like Shepherds Pie, but with whipped topping instead of mashed potato.

I'm the same today, had a weekend away with a group of friends and all we have done is eat and drink and feel absolutely knackered this morning. (feel like I participated in the London Marathon  ).

Lo peeps Yesterday was a corker of a day but I was still too ill to enjoy it. Today looks to be similar with the weather warm and blue sky and me stuck in work. Got my countdown all wrong given that both this week and next have only 4 working days each, therefore less than 8 days to go and counting........ Al

I am in a right proper bad mood. Went to the dentist for a routine check-up. I ended up having one tooth filled and another extracted. And now I've got to go shopping...  _________________Jim

I'm going to do one of the things I really hate doing today - calling someone who is only a vague acquaintance I've met once, but who knows several influential people I know quite well, and asking them for a job.
My lizard brain tells me this will turn out badly. I've already left it too late, and the job's already been given to someone else. I know this before I even make the call. I've worked out all the ways this can go badly wrong before I even pick up the phone.
Sometimes, I really hate being me.
