FFS, let them be - give the BNP enough rope, and they'll hang themselves.

Exactly. The same goes for the English Defence League, after hearing one member 'speak' for a minute or so, and after wiping away the tears of laughter, it was obvious the more they spoke the more stupid they sound.

Aside from the fact when they had a rally and went looking for a fight but couldn't find anybody they ended up fighting amongst themselves.

Lets these crappy 'parites' speak, give them a platform, it's like standup comedy but for free.

That said, AV will mean the small crap parties will perform worse, not better. Alot of the stats the no campaign use work on the basis that everybody will use all of their rankings, like they have to in Australia. That won't happen here, no matter what there's no way I'd ever put the BNP down in ranked order.

I have voted yes, even though the current Liberal leadership does not appeal, Clegg will probably not last long enough to make it a factor in future.

Its a sop to the voter. Truth is bankers are still banking bonuses and we are still fighting wars we have no business fighting. I'll get my coat.

I believe that the Liberals would gain most from the electoral reform.... therefore I find myself unable to contemplate voting 'yes'. Its a definate NO.

It is the desparation of the Chancellor Osbourne in lying about the costs that finally clinched it for me. The claim that we will have to use voting machines when Asutralia has never needed them is an outright lie. It might cost a little more than a conentional first past the post system but not hundreds of millions more.

All of the "discussion" has been lame TBH.

AV is not the be all and end all but it is a step IMO. As for the no campaign, their stats have been based on nonsense and they all already use it quite happily for other votes.

As for the comments about fighting the nazis for our right to it by feckwit Reid, well, I would like to kick him in the face soundly for that pathetic reference.

People are saying "I have voted..." Have I missed it? I thought it was May 5th?

Postal votes are already out. I'm too lazy to walk 2 miles to the polling station.
