Morning all.

It would appear that the parents attached a tow rope to the cloud over the north of England and dragged it down here
Ah well, if it rains I'm sure the garden will be happy.

Have a great day folks.

Off to Cambridge today. Just need to work out what we're going to do once we get there.

Have a great day folks.

Back down to working life and British food with a bump. The Wench is incredibly keen to move to France these days, and on certain aspects I can see the appeal indeed, food wise in particular.

Hello.

Back from a puffer trains trip to York over Easter. I think I've found one of the places where I could happily live out my life. I've also added another idea to my Retirement Plan*.

Meanwhile, back to the grindstone. Bills to pay, washing to do. Best Beloved coped really well while I was away, which was highly encouraging.

*That is if I am allowed to retire.

Morning all.

Early start today. Just time for a coffee before heading out to see a new customer.
Must order more 2TB HDD's today so I can build my new home server before the old one dies completely.

For a short week it's certainly been busy.

Greetings.

Bunting and flags? Stupid plastic tat? Nope. Not round here, at least, and in spite of every commercial outlet extolling the virtues of "celebrating" the wedding.

I hope to be out on the north Kent marshes with my camera, whatever the weather holds. Might take a flask and some sarnies and make more of a day of it.
