macs are now only 20% of Apples net sales, with the iPhones at almost 50%. With enough cash to become one of the worlds largest hedge funds if they so wished.

I suppose we'll have to wait for them to do something that's proven to be against the rules here first. You can be as evil as you like, as long as your lawyers are smart. Iirc the regulation doesn't apply retrospectively and the iPhone 4 was done before it was finalised. So the iPhone 5 (or the 4S if we get that) will be the first model which has to be compliant.
