Hi all,
My Dreamhost hosting is almost up and I want more from a web host - not just a website but other services. A friend showed me Linode.com and I've set up my stuff, however I've got domains to transfer before my Dreamhost account closes completely...
Can anyone recommend a domain name provider? I'm not sure if you can get good ones and bad ones and cheap ones and expensive ones? Or if they are mostly the same?
Thanks muchly,
Ben

I use http://www.ineedwebhosting.co.uk/Based in Leeds, plenty of helpful people, lots of hosting options if you want. No complaints from this corner of Blighty.

Not that it matters as they provide a better service, but they are a heart Internet reseller.

This is true. I tend not to look below the headlines.

I ended up going with 123-reg for my domain names, and Linode for my hosting. Can't complain atm...

Just registered the domain name and an email with 123-reg, as that's all I need for the moment.
