At the weekend, a lovely homeless friend of mine was savagely beaten up, left for dead and his body found the next morning. His murder hasn't been in the news. Something had to be said. Farewell Les.

That's [LIFTED] news indeed. I've never got why people seem to beat up the homeless, they're generally pretty damned harmless.

If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

There is an easily-believable theory but as it's still an open police case I wouldn't like to say too much. Sorry.

Can't believe that's happened. Actually, no, I can believe it. Bunch of yobs decide to pick on someone helpless and homeless for no good reason. F***in w***ers.

Very sad news. He's obviously not got the best of lives in the first place and then has to go out like that. Sorry for your loss.
If only they'd bring back hanging.

Sorry to hear about your friend, mate.
Is it just me that thinks this won't be pursued by the police with much vigour, just because the guy was homeless?
I hope that isn't the case though.

Violent piss heads piss me off. These thugs need national service....... 50's style. That should teach them some respect for other people (before they actually commit a serious crime obviously).

No it isn't, and lack of media coverage also shows the shortcomings in society. Had this been an 'aspiring model' or otherwise 'news worthy' persona then it would be a different matter entirely. I don't think the police would do less though, It will just appear thast they aren't doing more.

Very sorry to hear that. Another reason why I don't want children. I couldn't live with myself if they grew up to be mindless violent thugs.

I would hazard a guess that most children whose parents give a [LIFTED] don't grow up to be mindless thugs. Didge

Well hopefully I'm bringing my child up correctly. On the other hand you could breed an army of super thugs with head mounted lasers to take on and defeat the 'regular' thugs.

Fingers crossed yeah but no matter how well you bring up a child there's no guarantees. However I'm pretty sure my cats won't attack any humans I like the super thugs idea. Not just head mounted lasers but fingers that change in to claws would be good, and super human speed and strength - I'm watching No Ordinary Family on Watch at the moment.
