The Laboratory supervisor has just walked in and asked us if we can remember the name of a particular 70's (we think) psuedo sci-fi series.
Three main characters, two men and one woman, all with psychic powers is pretty much all he remembers.
We have ruled out Sapphire & Steel and The Tomorrow People.
He has said they were all in some kind of uniform.
My google skills have failed me so far.

Yes! Alun, your sci-fi knowledge is, or your google skills are, formidable! Thank you.

Was it British or American? I remember the Fantastic Journey from the 1970s http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Fantastic_Journey That was American.

Heh, I remember that - I loved it when I was a kid.

It was the mention of a uniform that put me off the scent. Well done!

At this point, I thought of The Champions, too. I don't know if it's just me but a lot of actresses in the 70s were stunningly hot, compared to the women of today. They were slimmer and the breasts were different (and there seemed to be a larger focus on legs rather than breasts unless it was a Russ Meyer production) but they were far more attractive. I reckon many of them in their heyday would supplant some of the ladies on the FHM Top 100.

I think you're right. Alexandra and Gabrielle Drake (with or without purple hair) should make anyone's top ten.
