I know a "friend" who pees in all his sinks when hes drunk (which is every week) and I think there was one case where he peed in his bin  hes got to the point where hes apparently peeing his bed and then he says hes confused as to who did that If I go for a number 2 in any toilet I always cover the seat with toilet tissue all round it, is that normal? _________________

Very common. In some other countries public toilets have paper seat covers you can put down.

Why bother? You won't stop any germs from getting on to you. To those germs, the "mesh" from tissue paper is so hollow, each "square" is the equivalent size of a house. _________________ He fights for the users.

Quite. Although why is it even in public toilets, not pubs or clubs, do some blokes seem to piss anywhere other than the toilet bowl?
