Yes, they take a dim view of debt. So much so that it's basically not allowed. They do have a thriving black Market though!

It will certainly put him in good standing for an advisory job on one of those companies when he stops being PM. He’s making sure he has a few gold-plated exit routes set up. He’ll either go into health care or arms - if he’s clever, both.
