Have you been taking lessons from JV?

Glad it wasn't just me though. I was sort of hoping to get some closure on whether he'd do the right thing and shop himself, but I guess he's got no sense of responsibility. He'd better hope he never has an accident involving me!!

Legal advice?
This forum would not have been held responsible at all had the authorities seen it.
It would entirely have been Bratty that would've got collared.

just no

How can you misunderstand when someone says, "I crashed into a car but didn't want to keep my mate waiting so I drove on"?

yes, drove on a small bit then turned into an alley to drive back up to park where I woudnt block cars then I went back to where the car was hit, so I didnt just "drive off and vanish" I did very shortly come back just FYI :)

It was more the content that could have been classed as admission of guilt, as a crime had been committed.
Us commenting on it could be used as well.
As I was involved in the thread & I legally own the forum I (& my solicitor) though it was better to be pull it just to be safe.

Don't worry my solicitor doesn't read everything, she was just passing by the office for something else & noticed it.

I think this should probably be left alone.
Bratty explained something, missing out various details, people got the wrong end of the stick because the full story wasn't given (unintentionally or otherwise)

If the original thread was deleted for legal reasons, no doubt any other posts about it could go the same way?
