In the spirit of Lomo I took an old Fujifilm Silvi F2.8 camera loaded with Neopan 1600 film. It's a slight cheat though as the image was tinkered with digitally to produce the model village effect.

I really need to participate more in this thread. I'll try to find something later on. I've been taking a few since I've been here.

There is a story behind that image, Alex. I'd like to hear it if you are willing to share.

If you were on Facebook, you'd have possibly seen it. ;)

Years ago, what, 1994? Perhaps. Myself and my friend had tickets to see The Wonderstuff at the Glasgow Barralands.
We were really looking forward to seeing an act who's music we'd been listening to for years, but had never seen.
So, there we are, front row, band comes on stage and plays for about 3-4 songs. Miles, the singer, walks off complaining of a sore throat, leaving a bemused band behind.
Management are pleading with him at the side of the stage, but he won't come back on. The crowd turned really nasty and the security guys were looking nervous.
Now, I believe this wasn't a great period for the band - the album they were touring was their last for a good 6 years.
Anyway - turns out the friend I was with that night, was playing support for the lead singer's new project, last night, in Glasgow.
I reminded him of the aborted gig we were at, and that I'd like him to lift a refund from Miles' wallet.
And so, this picture arrived via Facebook about 10.30 this morning. It made me laugh out loud in the middle of a busy cafe. :)
Better than a refund.
