on Thursday there are the euro and local elections, who are you voting for ? …

myself and the wife are voting UKIP in the euro
and the residents association candidate in the local

i don't think that any of the main parties deserve my vote …

as a side note
i am neither pro or anti Europe its about time we decided one way or the other
to join fully with everything that entails or we leave fully with everything that entails

Whoever has the best eyebrows.

Worked in the last election (the candidate I voted for looked like the dad in American Pie)

I think it'll be Lib Dems for local elections, and whoever says we can keep the Pound Sterling in the euro ones...

Our local MEP is Green, but I'm going to vote for an independent.

Council, Lib-Dem as always.

So what happens if "sacked" people got elected?
Do we have to do it all again?

The "sacked people" have been sacked as ministers not as MP's result is they will still be there until next election or they step down.

They have to have the party whip withdrawn from them but even then they can continue until the next election as an independent if they so choose. The big ( and massively annoying ) thing is if they choose to step down or are defeated ( I think ) they get a huge golden handshake.

Probably Lib-Dem for both.
I dunno.
I've only had leaflets from Labour, Conservatives, UKIP and Lib-Dems. I'll see if I can find out a bit more between now and then.
