 Erm is cruzcampo known for its back healing powers?   Roll your back over a tennis ball, along every muscle that hurts and down either side of your spine, then take some ibuprofen and have a coolish shower, should relax your back.

It does depend on the brand of coffee that they use. Some can be very good. Though I have yet to find a decent tea from from a machine. _________________Do concentrate, 007... "You are gifted.
