Checking my emails and I get one from someone whom we shall call DB. It's sent to Kleen Machines (a legit company in the US from what I can tell) but has been BCC'd to me. At my hotmail address. That I use on forums (and on PSN until the hack).
No idea who he is. No idea why I've been BCC'd. No idea whether they know who I am but yet seems genuine?
WTF do I do?

I get this happen to my Gmail account every so often. I reply, telling them that I’m not the person they are looking for. I also ask them if they check the addressee before hitting send.
Once I also copied my email to the company CEO, just to stir it up a bit. Usually, I get an apology.

It's really random and I'm not sure how they got ahold of my email address. As said, it was used for forums, and previously for ebay/paypal/psn. The guy wants to order some stuff.
I'm happy to ignore it.
Nobody knows a Dennis Bright do they?

ditto. I try and avoid opening any similar mail in case all it does is confirm a live address, and so you get more junk mail.

yup, I have a simple set of rules 1. Do I know you? 2. Do I know the company sending the email? 3. Am I expecting an email from you or your company? if you cant pass these simple rules your going in either the junk folder or the trash can.

I use mail filters to keep as much stuff out of my inbox altogther. Though those are good rules to follow.
