hm ive definatly blown it with the girl I was trying to ask out  I sent her bebo private message but no reply and I text her earlier on today and no reply when she usually replies really fast, I knew id blown it. I somewhat fancy her less for some reason  and the girl I met at the youth club I go to called Katie is growing on me, shes 16 and probably the most mature, educated girl I have ever met. So easy to talk to and we get along great, she says if she was 18 she would go out with me to the pubs for a drink, I always miss her etc so would it be normal if I asked for her number etc to arrange a "date"?  _________________

Apart from the late replies are there any other reasons ? Did you do anything to "mess up" ? If not it could just be that she's on holiday or just really busy as she said (i assume it's the same girl).

Just give her a bit of time, there's always something that means they won't reply straight away, give her a bit longer. Go for it man, really, what's the worst that can happen?
