No more switching between PC's to find the files I want.

£130 is a bit pricey :o

Paid £250 (with £100 cashback from HP) for a Microserver (similar to atom cpu) that takes up to 8tb

Question: What's the word for taking a year off work, with the option to return to your job?

The word I'm thinking of isn't: sabbatical, gap year, career break or extended leave.

Mrs V. asked and I can't think of anything else.

Any ideas please?

TIA :D

I had one some time ago, officially it was called a 'career break'. I was still employed, still had the same position on return, but I just didn't get paid and it wasn't counted as leave.

Just remember, if you ever take redundancy then although it will still count as continuous employment any settlement will deduct the year/years you take on a break.
