Can't connect to the net. After checking out my gear, I gave the ISP a ring - their whole system is down.

Even tech support can't get online.

Tis a tad annoying

I'm on PlusNet, it's been fine here since about 2pm when I turned the laptop on. You sure it's not just your exchange that's the problem?

You say that, but I've been with them (Okay, Force9, before Plusnet bought them out) since the last 90's, and I've only ever had minor issues. And those were quickly resolved.
