Very hard to do. Disabled kids are sent to special schools and many never even socialise with anyone disabled. I think that the disability itself is crucial. People probably accept deaf or blindness with relative ease, as they have been around for centuries. I think that it is wheelchair disabilities that are the tough ones. They can be as mentally agile as anyone else and yet they are still discriminated against, also why should they be paid less? Yet they can get a company grants for access ramps which might be usefull anyway.
