Come here. People who can fix computers and speak Spanish are in short supply. The weather's way better than there and it's cheaper too. Also massive ex-pat community.

really what are the rents like
is it all year round or just summer
can you have a look at prices for hard ware remember it is an island
and what is the expat mix german uk spanish

Mostly Irish. Lots of UK. Some German. Year round weather and tourism. More Nordic tourists in the winter, Brits and Irish in the summer. A one bed apartment starts at around €350 for a good one. Hardware is likely expensive (as is a lot of things). But Scan deliver to Canarias.
