Morning all. Down to under 1000 calories a day in my efforts to lose weight, and without handicapping breakfast like I did the last two days, something in the region of 500-600 should be doable today.
Just need to start doing a spot of exercise now.

Morning all.
So the weather people lied again. Rain and thunder storms over night my bottom! Unless you count 7 am this morning as 'overnight' and they lasted for all of 10 minutes. Still, at least it's not as hot and humid as it was yesterday.

Beautiful start to a day that holds a lot of promise, after yesterday's rollercoaster ride of tree-splitting sunshine and thunderstorms.
We had Peter Andre flitting about round here the other day. No, I didn't get the chance to give him a good slap.

Looks like it will be a nice day 'round 'ere. Hopefully without a repeat of the torrential hail stones we had yesterday (it's difficult to listen to a presentation being held in a building with a metal roof in such circumstances).
