Is that the goat equivalent of paedophilia?

Which is why I have max coverage with RAC (except Euro cover). Either push the car an extra few feet or just pay for the upgrade.

Paid for the upgrade. They knocked it down to £45 extra.

Goddammit! Our washing machine has broken down. The power light comes on but nothing else happens. The door doesn't lock, the timer doesn't turn, there's no pumping. Nothing. What's more frustrating is that I have something like 2-3 weeks' worth of laundry that I managed to put off and now has accummulated. On top of that, the laundrette nearby has been taken over and become some Asian clothes shop. How many do we need?!?!?

My mum and dad's did this, I told them to unplug it from the mains for 5 minutes, then try it again and it *somehow* reset itself. Could be worth trying (if you can get to the power plug!).

Ah well, worth a go! Not an Indesit is it? Totally unrelated rant, but it's a lovely warm day, watching the Wimledom final so I had the patio doors open to let some fresh air in. Except my neighbour has decided that it's the perfect day for a nice big bonfire in his garden. Thanks a f***ing bunch - my living room now stinks of smoke!! The inconsiderate bastard!

Well to be fair people were having garden bonfires well before tennis and TV were invented.

If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

People were throwing [LIFTED] at each other and believed never washing kept illness at bay long before showers and Radox were invented - doesn't make it right now, does it?

Yup it is. It's about ten years old to be fair but it's just a pain as we needed it to last only a year or so.
Research tells me it's probably the control board. That costs around £70. If I call out an engineer, I'll probably be charged a call-out. If I buy the board myself and it works, great. If it doesn't, I end up calling the engineer anyway and lose out.

Can you open it up? If so have a look at terminals and connectors just in case something has worked loose.
