Not sure it's a year, but it's definitely the real thing.

Apparently the load on it has been huuuuge though - I can't access keys.

they send you an email in 24 / 48 hours giving you an activation code for your logon then you get keys ( apparently ) ;)

Bet it ends before W7 releases.

Also, you may have to fill in surveys every so often or your account gets suspended. That's what I've heard, but not sure.

Pretty much what I had assumed. I used to have Technet and MSDN Universal at my previous employer, very useful for testing things out.

They've pulled it now... looks like it wasn't for us, but some people who had filled in surveys etc. :?

My account still works though, can download and generate keys.

One of my mates says it's a little mad @ MSHQ.

Yeah but the evaluations are unlimited, unlike if a non-subscriber were to download an evaluation.
