I like the idea of people scraping their iPhone 4 screen on the scanner

The gorillaglass on my Galaxy S would be fine ;)

There's a lot of skuttle that the glass in the iPhone 4 is actually gorilla glass, they're just not using the name. Or at least is a practically identical formulation. I doubt running then through a laser scanner would do either any lasting harm to be honest. The main problem surely is it's somewhat reflective - hold the iphone at just the wrong angle and blind the old biddy at the next till...

That is truly woeful. I mean, there's no possibility that there's more than Catherine Middleton in the whole UK, eh?

Doesn't bother me if it is or it isn't to be honest, £25,000 for a 10 year old car that isn't a super luxury car like an Aston/Ferrari, or a stupidly limited edition car like a Honda NSX (only 20 or so left in the UK) just isn't worth it

£25000 would get you a hell of a lot new/nearly new

It doesn't even have alloys FFS

The piece I saw in The Times yesterday about this did say that there was documented proof (name and address) that it was the new Mrs. Wales car.

Indeed, but how many of those cars are likely to hold their value like this old Golf will? In fact, it's quite possible that it will go up in value, should the Illuminati shapeshifting reptilian overlords have her killed.

Or when she becomes queen... although at the moment I'm not sure which is more likely

My money is on the shapeshifting reptilian overlords.

Though who knows if they divorce before a coronation then it will be just a novelty. Don't forget that Charles is still first in line and he could last a decade or two as king, unless shapeshifting reptilian overlords intervene. So we could be looking at an event which could be decades away. Now that is a long term investment.

That's scary, never mind the Illuminati.

I hate software bugs!
Expecially when the bug is obvious for the customer to see on the reports you give them.
