Update.

No refund arrived on Monday and I messaged him to demand it - finally got it today.

Now I have received a "cancel transaction" request - If I accept this will it erase the negative feedback I have left?

Slight tangent -

Been waiting 2 weeks for item to arrive, finally get the seller to track it down, allegedly to a Post Office in Bournemouth.
The tracking number he supplied is also too short.
I'm exasperated.

I normally wait for the buyer to leave feedback, to indicate that they've received the goods, effectively ending the transaction, which I (The seller) acknowledge by leaving my feedback for the buyer. When buying stuff I therefore try and leave feedback as soon as the item has arrived and been checked.

I have had to find a new Couier and u will have it tomorrow u have my word if u don't I will refund u plus u can keep the oil when I comes but u will have it.

Same here. I also wait a day or so in case there are any problems.
