If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

I love the little cow. Seriously, want to give her a big reassuring hug. She's so so cute I could just eat her... if I wasn't so Hindu. I don't see any majestic cocks there though?

Had a couple of days out recently so got to try out the Pentax K5 First stop was the Sealife Centre at Birmingham. No flash was allowed so I used TAv mode (an brilliant little mode that lets you control shutter speed and aperture whilst the camera changes the ISO to achieve a correct exposure). Of course detail is lost at high ISO (some I took are ULTRA high ISO to be honest) but for viewing on a PC they're perfectly acceptable IMO. There's no comparison to the old camera either where I wouldn't have gone anywhere near ISO1600 never mind any higher. ISO5000 ISO5000 ISO2500 Next stop was Thomas Land at Drayton Manor with Nicola, Emily, Laura (Nicola's sister) and Aaron (Laura's kid). The very bright sunshine on the day was throwing the meter a little so upto +1EV was added for a lot of the shots. The camera made use of ISO80 too which I didn't have on the old camera. Panning shot to try and capture the movement ISO5000 again Testing the in-built cross-processing effects
