http://www.wired.com/underwire/2011/10/ ... nd-stimpy/OK, just seen this about a new "couch gag" in the opening credits of The Simpsons.
What struck me more though were the differences in the rest of the opening credits to what we get on TV here.
Stuff like Homer's car power sliding/skidding into the parking space. Or Barney in the pile of leaves that Bart lands on with his Skateboard (I don't even think there us a pile of leaves in the one on TV).
Also, the two bullies sawing the head off the statue of Jebediah Springfield at the beginning.
I want the new version! It looks way better!
