That is one of the best pieces of lego engineering I have ever seen. The way the cartridge is loaded and then the "cocking" mechanism pulling the elastic bands tight is just awesome! He's going to go far.

Yes I found that very intriguing as well. Working safety catch and replaceable magazines as well. --- I am here: http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=50.804030,-0.058333Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk.

Watching some of the Star Wars Lego adverts on Cartoon Network, I can’t help thinking that they should do Star Wars using that style of animation.

There is also an episode of Star Wars made with Lego animated characters. Not too shabby. Available on torrent if you are so inclined.

JUst acquired this one as a slightly impulsive purchase. I built a model with my nephew on Christmas day for the first time in a very long time and enjoyed it immensely so felt the need to splash out: http://technic.lego.com/en-us/Products/ ... .aspx#8067

My little cousin had a boxful of lego-type bricks. They didn't stick together as well as proper lego. But was still amazed that the first thing I built was one of my most treasured creations. Didn't require an ounce of thought!
