Hit Radio Antenne mostly, although I have an MP3 CD in the head unit. Although I've found I also drive with the radio turned off a lot nowadays.

Mainly CDs but I do also listen to Radio 2 and, (very rarely) Talk Sport.

Usually the radio, or a CD if there's nothing on, or patch the iphone through, or listen to a DVD.
