One of the reasons my girlfriend won't drive in England and why she hates being a passenger in England as well. (We used public transport for 00% of our trip.)

Looking at the price of a 1 bed flat locally (well, inside a 10 mile radius, give or take).
Would currently be over 50% of my income. And I can forget about garaging the car.

Nuts are essentially protein and fat.

Boil an egg or two now, allow to cool and store in the fridge. In the morning, just crack open and eat.
