I hope BT fight it. If we really must have web censorship I'd rather it be imposed by a court of law than on a corporate whim.

Didn't BT just lose a case regarding a news group search site? A very dangerous precidence.

Presumably The Royal Mail, Railtrack and whoever is responsible for the roads and pavements will be next on the list. It's obvious that they willingly enable criminals to distribute illegal goods, in absolutely exactly the same way that BT do with their villainous "information super-highway". Obviously we need "stop and search" powers massively extended to prevent further counterfeit goods being distributed over their evil networks.
