I've tried to read Pratchett a few times and just can't get into it.

Started reading Steve Jobs on my kindle last night.

Neither could I, then a friend recommended one of trilogies for children: The Bromeliad. I loved it, and I've read the first four Diskworld books without a problem and with much enjoyment. This one is taking its toll thouhg.

It's So Easy (and other lies): The Autobiography

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Its-Easy-other- ... 612&sr=8-1

Six chapters in and so far so good (internal third degree burns when his pancreas' enzymes 'escaped'!) :D

...

World War Z

http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/0715 ... d_i=468294

Two, maybe three chapters in but seems very well written :)

Just ordered 4 books from Robert Llewelyn (Kryten from Red Dwarf).

The man behind the rubber mask (I listened to the free Audioboo he put up)

The reconstructed heart: How to spot the difference between a normal man and one who does the housework, is great in bed and doesn't all iffy when...

The Man on Platform 5. from dud to dude in only 6 weeks

Thin he was and filthy haired: Memoirs of a bad boy

The whole lot cost me 1€ on Amazon!

Ordered a Kindle yesterday, got the free Kindle books from the Amazon 12 Days of Christmas promotion and my Gf has been thinking about getting the Sony through Thalia, but as I have an Amazon Prime, I thought I'd get the Kindle to test...

Hmm, gf won't even look at it at the moment. :( I shouldn't have given her a surprise gift!

Know she isn't a net fan but is there any texts or articles relating to her work (for example) you could put on it?
