Ugh. Rain. Cats didn't believe me, so I opened the window, shooed them out, and waiting for a few seconds as they formed an agitated queue on the windowsill to get back in. They say goldfish have a five second memory. Goldfish are Mr Memory compared to our cats. Grey and overcast here - and that's not just my mood. Today I shall be mostly resting as the usual fallout from these anti-TNF injections hits. Think I'm going to move them to a Tuesday so it doesn't bugger up my Friday evening pub sesh....

Lovely crisp sunny day here in Munich. Flying home tonight and can't wait to be back home. Always nice to go away and stay in a posh hotel but good to sleep in my own bed!

Morning all. Looks like the rain has dried up here for the time being although I gather it's going to be a bit of a soggy weekend in East Anglia Ah well, at least it's Friday. Have a great day folks.

Early start today.
Already loaded the car for my gig later, sorted out some stuff in the office & been to a meeting off site.
Time to do my magazine work & consider having some proper food as I have to drive to the middle of nowhere after work for a gig

Afternoon all.
Just had a very enjoyable meet up for coffee with my brother, friend and her baby (the baby hasn't quite got to coffee yet although she was quite fascinated by an ice cube).
