I've been trying to fill out Form B7 (Declaration of work and pay) so that I don't get more jobseeker's allowance than I should due to my part-time job.

How am I supposed to fill out form B7 when the advice booklet B7L doesn't exist and I've been told by two different people three different ways of filling it in?!

Looks like it will be another weekend in the office, 2nd one this month Stupid deadlines (client training on Monday morning and the site bar 2/3 deliverables is to be finished and tested)

Why let people apply for credit card online when everything else has to be done on the phone, namely:

- activating card,
- creating online bank account ( I still don't get this)
- transfering money between different banks
- closing account
