Snowing. :)

It won't settle now, but soon.

Morning.

The frost 'stat in the heating system kicked in this morning. It must have been a tad nippy overnight.

Today I shall mostly be seeking employment, drinking coffee, and working my way through three boxes which I collected yesterday. The boxes contain the parts to make three model railway coaches for a friend/client. It'll keep my mind occupied while I seek employment, drink coffee, etc.

Onwards and sideways.

Morn

I managed to select and edit 35 photos yesterday afternoon to be printed for Mrs. Bucket's grandma. They were from a family wedding in September which, because it wasn't close, she couldn't attend.

Speaking of whom, Mrs. Bucket's grandma had a heart attack yesterday. She felt a pain in her arm so she rang for an ambulance, had a wash, got dressed, put on her slippers and coat, walked down three flights of stairs and round to the bus stop outside her block of flats to wait. Upon reaching hospital she was operated on straight away and woke up soon after.

At which point she turned to the nurse and said, "I suppose I'd better tell someone I'm here" and wheeled herself to the telephone to phone her son.

Awkward old sow!

Anyway, today I shall be mostly shopping

Morning all; have spent most of the weekend at the hospital with Oliver not feeding properly at all and generally being listless. He seems somewhat better as of this morning but still clearly not fighting fit yet.

Today, I shall mostly be being tired.

Morning all,

Glorious weather this morning - blue sky, bright, dry and chilly.

Today, I shall mostly be swearing at our sales application. Address book is broken and has been for several days!

Have fun.

Morning all.

Called the dentist this morning as my lower wisdom teeth are pushing through & dislocating my law (causing me to lose hearing in one ear). They had an appointment for today but I couldn't make that one as I had a very important meeting this afternoon. So I booked it for Wednesday.
Then get the email 2 seconds later cancelling my meeting.
Called the dentist back. Both of today's slots are now gone.

Morning all

Well in work although ab it bunged up and generally under the weather

Might have been tempted to take the day off except
- have a 100% attendance record and dont like to ruin it for a bit of a cold
- we are (re)applying for our own jobs at the moment not the best time to take a sickie

So will be in work and generally infecting the rest of the population

Having to reapply for your own job sucks (been there). Still, spread the joy/germs (delete as appropriate)

Have a great day folks.
