Good morning. The HVAC in my office has just started going nuts and is trying to blow (or possibly suck) all the papers off my desk  Ah well, never mind.

Today I shall be mostly trying to contact my Rheumatology Consultant (at his request) by attempting to convince his secretary (Mrs Jobsworth) that a) I'm in constant pain and b) that he (the consultant) specifically requested that I inform him immediately of any change in wellbeing following a recent change in medication.
Wish me luck.

My brain cell thinks it's Friday. My brain cell is wrong.
Osteopath this afternoon. The back problems are still there, but they are much better for the treatment. This is a Good Thing.
Onwards and sideways.
