Eh gad it was raining hard this morning, specifically between the time I left the house and got to my dentist.
For a couple of minutes it was full on monsoon type rain.

Anyway, last day off before going to back tomorrow. Boo!

Have a great day folks.

Morning all!

I have commenced the new job, all going well I think, more to do than I initially anticipated and the Services area is much less mature than I had expected (not the staff but the sector itself), so I'm making changes and trying not to stir too many people in my first month!

It's a beautiful day here in Brisbane, shame I'm stuck indoors, hopefully it'll hold out tonight for my bike ride. I've been keeping up with the cycling and like many others I'm making a push in the new year to cut back some excess weight...so far so good, haven't eaten anything bad in the first 4 days!

Enjoy your day 8-)

Morning.

Glad it's working so far, Blue. Keep it up. :)

Meanwhile, today I may actually eat something. The tummy bug has left me, leaving aches and hunger. I'd like to say it did me some good, like an enforced detox after the festerive period, but that would be fibbing.

Ah well, onwards and sideways. Time to see if there's any work for me out there in the big bad world.

Morning,

Weather is much improved over yesterday's poor show.

Nothing else to report.

Morning all,

Had a team meeting yesterday, and was meant to be back teaching today, but woke up this morning feeling seriously rough. I've emailed my resources to my PTL, so he can cover my session today, and I'm going to try and get some sleep...

Have a great day everyone.

:)

Morning all,

Another day, another dollar, been a quiet week at the new job so far; got a couple of important meetings and some interviews tomorrow though, so hopefully it won't drag too much.

On a similar note to my post yesterday, it's actually very cold here this morning, I had to grab the duvet for the first time in a couple of months. The weather man is telling me we'll average 28 for the rest of the week and then thunderstorms Monday and Tuesday.

Enjoy your day 8-)

Morning all.

Went out last night & got home later than expected so I'm a tad tired this morning.

I'm also hungry so I'll have to plan breakfast.

Morning.

Found I got very fatigued very quickly yesterday. Then again, I hadn't eaten properly in 48 hours, so that's hardly surprising.

It's quite breezy here, and it's bin day. So, we've collected the bins from several other houses as they waltzed along the street. Not really, but we're holding off putting ours out until the last minute to save having to chase our recycling into other people's front gardens.

Later, I get my eyes MOT'd. Hope it doesn't turn out too expensive. :|

Onwards and sideways.

Good Morning all

Very Windy last night (And not just because of the beans I had with the Toad in the Hole)

1st real meeting today and I think it might be a dozy........
