when was the iPhone 3G released?

Hi sorry couldn't remember, took the case of my iPhone and it has developed a crack so thought I'd get it done before the warranty ends

EU law states it should be good for 2 (possibly 3) years, so despite what UK law might say you can still chase it under EU law, it's better as they might have excuses planned for the UK law

Cool, any links to the new EU law thing? Went onto Apples site to sort out a repair and you put in your serial number and it tells you when the warranty ends. Obviously they are saying anything about the 2 year thing, they would have to sort out their selling of Apple care.

Wonder what happens if it's under warranty and breaks when the new one comes out. They don't sell the 3G 16GB one anymore, free upgrade?

they'll have loads of spares I'm sure. Although If it's a straight out swap then maybe.
