Why is it that every time I learn of a device that suits my needs and budget perfectly (Sony wireless headphones, Acer A200 tablet, Moto Droid 4), the retards can't give out ACTUAL European release dates*, prices or even a full spec list? :x

* Never mind a UK date

I know what you mean. I'm slightly obsessed with him though. Back when I used to be on Twitter, he replied to me twice. I treasure those tweets.

He told pretty much my hero to go screw himself.

Dawkins. Like in those words, in The Times, sorry he deserves more respect than that.

Dawkins, in his sour, power-crazed, demagogic old age is bringing more than a whiff of Nuremberg to his definitions. Standing there at the temple doors, counting numbers, taking names, telling people who and what they are. Going on the radio to mock believers with word games (and then coming a cropper himself, as fools do).
He should go screw himself. This is England, we have an established Church, and there is one on every corner. They’re a bit like pubs in that respect (though that may not be exactly what the Queen was trying to say). Anyone who wants to can go in for a drink. But nobody has to get drunk, unless they want to. And it’s not for Darth Dawkins and his geek stormtroopers to tell you whether or not you are an alcoholic.

Clearly side-stepping the whole issue of whether he was right or not :)

Nothing wrong with holding the opinions, it's just they were flaunted on the front page of the Times along with an article dredged up claiming Dawkins' ancestors were slave traders. Well they were plantation workers who owned slaves 300 years ago; seriously that's the best they could come up with, even A Murdoch-led sleaze campaign to curry favour with the royals couldn't dig up anything worse, so they resort to just flinging insults at him, not based on such things as his arguments but things like:

His age, the name of his foundation, getting tripped up, partially, once, on the radio.

and they leap on it, try and completely dismiss his stance, and tell him to go screw himself, in a national paper.

Nothing wrong with blogging or Tweeting about it, but publishing it (I mean the insult alone) you wouldn't even say that about a disgraced priest in a national paper.

Terrible journalism, and Coren is an arrogant prick anyway (I'd long ago come to that conclusion from reading his reviews).

The tameness of Adele's albums

a couple of good songs, one outstanding song, a lot of drivel, and some questionable singing in some of them, like pub singing sometimes, like off key and everything.
