I’m sure someone on the cabinet heard the words “space bomb” and started making Star Wars gags, which no doubt put everyones’ minds at rest.

I commented on this on PC Pro... But when I started in IT, back in the mid 80s, there was a golden rule, you never implement a process in an electronic system, without first documenting how you would carry out that process if the technology failed.

It seems that we have become complacent and lazy over the years.
