Any more details as to possible use of a wiki for the various how-tos and information-y pages (Linux Distros etc. etc.)? As said before, using something like MediaWiki would mean we could use something like Auth_phpBB to use the PHPBB db of users. It's something I'd happily work on, if required/desired. Edd

Come on Nick, at least leave a week in between requests  As an aside, this thread could do with some heavy moderating to pick out comments like this, and genuine ideas.

An RSS link for news would be a start. I use RSS a lot and use it to warn me of new events. Having a RSS link would help others as well?

Yes. . .. ... .... This place is still in its formative stages and as such cannot be treated as though in its final state. I'm sure that, in the not-too-distant future, the need for the Ideas, Ideas, Ideas and Updates thread will be obviated as the forum starts to settle down.
