What if you have a post box in your front door but they can ride their scooter up your drive?

If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

In Denmark a stamp is the best part of 1 pound. Not only that but they have just introduced a new law whereby your post box must be on the edge of your property, so the postie doesn't have to get off his scooter.

So a postie is riding a scooter looking at envelopes etc. and not looking where he’s going on the road? Hey, that sounds safe to me!

Posties in Oz are also allowed to ride on the pavement.
