Heard an Interview with Clegg on the radio couple of days ago. When he explained that they were making a law that forced utility companies to tell their customers that a cheaper tariff was available, the interviewer asked "well, why not just make a law that forces utility companies to automatically move customers to a cheaper tariff if it is available?"
Surprisingly, this seemed to stump the deputy head boy somewhat.
